DSL Collection

The installation Wind consists of three screens on which images projected
overhead show the artist in different positions: he is reading a paper,
using a fax-machine, a printer, a television-set... A particular medium
figures in each image. Six fans are situated across from these screens.
The visitor triggers the fans by wandering in front of the screen and
activating the sensors that are situated on the floor. The wind begins to
blow between the screens making the newspapers and the various others
papers fly, and making the television images tremble.
The direction of the wind changes as a function of the movement of the visitors. The wind coming from the outside spreads disorder to the interior of the screen.
